As I search the news for relevant articles related to Japan business, economy, and society I don't use articles related to stock market situations, especially with what's been going on the past week or so. I don't want to give advice or say anything about the stock markets other than what is said in a regular article about the economy and such.
Also I try not to say too much about the virus situation only again what is said in regular economic news articles. The same for anything related to travel restrictions or bans, and sometimes, recently, it can become political so I stay out of the political arena or political commentary or analysis.
Also I try to stay away, as much as possible from "click bait" type articles. I tend to use only economic news articles, which I think are more reliable than other sources. Sources such Bloomberg, Reuters, BBC etc. and some sources in Japan such as The Mainichi and the Japan Daily News and a few more that I think might be reliable sources for economic news information.
Finally, my observation are just observations or ideas, nothing more, as I like to just write about the Japanese economy and such.
The blog is not meant to be an "authoritative" source on Japan or the economy. It is not meant to be an academic authoritative source of new theories and ideas. Its just observations and writing, and nothing more.
I tend to just use a very plain basic and somewhat positive style of writing, not using too many large, exquisite sounding words to sound journalistic or even academic. I just write using everyday type polite language.
Have a nice day and be safe out there.
